Through this service we provide you, the customer, with a
skilled and experienced IT Consultant who will audit your IT
infrastructure evaluating how you currently utilize your
system and where you could improve your processes, as well.
We offer a one (1) hour FREE and no obligation consultation
to evaluate your IT infrastructure.
During this time the IT Consultant will also sit down with
each of your employees to see what their specific needs are
and take detailed notes logged for future reference. In
addition to that the technician will also make note of any
other particulars within your organization.
Once the IT infrastructure audit is completed the assigned
consultant for your business will then compile this data for
a customized report that will detail what your needs are now
and for the future and how to handle each of them. A support
agreement will be drafted out for your approval detailing
and anticipating what your needs will be.
This process is usually within one (1) business week and we
will take care of your highest priorities and needs first.
After your immediate needs are met we then plan with you,
step-by-step, to implement proposed projects that will
ensure your work flow is running as smoothly as possible.
