This has been my first experience with any kind of web site development and I was not sure how the whole setup process worked much less how to pick a web host. My first choice for a host turned out not to be a good one. After experiencing a lot of downtime and dealing with a customer service department that had no patience for a novice, I decided I needed to make a change.
