Business Development Associate
Description
We are seeking a bright and aggressive sales-minded individual to help us generate sales leads in a results-oriented team environment. Responsibilities will include: cold calling prospective customers on a daily basis, driving prospects to events, and other planned activities to drive sales meetings. You will be responsible for setting up meetings between Atmosol’s leadership team and the CEO, Business owner, and/or Financial manager of our prospects. Tools provided to ensure success include use of an industry leading CRM tool, variety of lists, supporting marketing/nurturing process, and a good work environment where your contribution is acknowledged and appreciated.
Duties
- With general direction from the team, consistently make 65-80 calls and to prospective clients each day.
- Manage communications with prospect pool with a specific focus on securing quality meetings between prospective clients and Atmosol’s leadership team.
- Record and report all activity as directed – use of a CRM system as well as the Microsoft Office Suite is a large part of recording and reporting work.
- Participation in quarterly activity planning sessions related to future business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in phone-based sales processes, with a track record of securing meetings with small and medium business executives (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.).
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computing skills related to Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems, such as CRM tools and reporting
- Track record related to personal continuous improvement
- Effective working on a team, yet maintaining a focus on individual accountabilities in a collaborative environment

IT Specialist/Network Systems Administrator
Job Description
This position includes assisting clients with their internal server/network/desktop technical support and project management. The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft technologies. Any web programming skills is a plus, but is not required. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Skills & Requirements: Required Strong Skills in
- A+ / CCNA / MSCE / MCP certifications (PLEASE NOTE - At least two of these are required)
- Windows NT/ 2000 / 2003 server management -Windows Server DHCP, DNS and RAS Services
- MS Exchange 2003 Setup & administration -Wireless Router setup & administration (linksys + netgear)
- Windows XP desktop PC trouble shooting -Network setup and maintenance
- LAN / WAN setup
- Good Technical Documenting Skills
- Provide clients with detailed documentation on their servers, desktops, passwords etc.
Preferred but NOT required
- Cisco router administration
- ASP / .NET / Sharepoint skills
- MS Access / SQL Server
- Web hosting / IIS
- VB.NET Skills strongly preferred
