Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, talented and creative Web Designer who loves working with people, has excellent listening & problem solving skills, thrives in a fast paced work environment, has common sense and can think intelligently on their feet.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an enthusiastic, team-oriented work ethic with the flexibility and willingness to take on any task. Qualified applicants should display an innovative-mind, positive outlook and offer strategic creative solutions for design tasks. Candidates need to have exceptional multi-tasking skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently with quick turnarounds. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is a must.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 4 year or higher college degree completed
- Strong skills in Creative Web Design and Mockups
- Strong skills in HTML / Javascript / CSS / PHP / jQuery
- Expert at using the Adobe Design Suite
- Mobile Browser Compatible Web design experience
- Front-end User Interface design and development skills
- Highly skilled in cross browser compatibility development, testing and QA
- Flash and Action Script

- Attend creative design consult and kick off meetings.
- Design innovative and creative website mockups that adhere to the client’s brand requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to keep abreast of innovative design trends and technologies.
- Work well with a team to ensure all work is delivered within the established scope with the goal of happy client in mind

Website Design and eCommerce Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a cool Project Manager who loves organization, has excellent listening & problem solving skills, thrives in a fast paced work environment, has common sense and can think intelligently on their feet.
Responsibilities include being the liaison between the client and the internal team to co-ordinate and manage all web projects from the project kick off to completion, communicate effectively with clients on a regular basis, manage client relations, ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction, encourage and work well with the internal web team. In addition, the Project Manager would be responsible for managing client expectations, out of scope deliverables, and timely launches done within budget. This is a career opportunity with growth potential, not just a job.
As a successful candidate you will:
- Manage 8-12 projects of various sizes at any given time.
- Have the ability to make any Client feel that they are our only Client.
- Motivate a team of Web developers and collaborate on projects.
- Maximize efficiency and schedule adherence of the production department through collaboration with other project managers.
- Ensure all work is delivered within the established scope.
- Mindful that all project costs stay within the allotted budget.
- Keep clients abreast on project status.
- All client expectations are set, managed, met and exceeded.
